The mill

We have a modern olive oil processing system in a three phases mill, in order to separate the pomance, the vegetation and water and the olive oil. As an environmental friendly company, the vegetation refuse is used as manure in rural plantations under a strict dropping control and the pomance is shipped to a pomance olive oil extraction facility.
